Bad day ....

I think I,m too stress with my work le , I really need to take a break , I haven't off for two week le , So so tired . So sianz so many thing happen this morning , kana scolded from dad for nothing , quarrel with my wife because of money , angry customer complain us for nothing ........... cant u all just think of me , rather to treat me like that . I ready done so much le , for everyone why ? cant u all treat me better and dote me more for all the thing i do . is very sad and disappointment . I feel like everyday going to work like dragging my self , not like lastime le , hate it so much , I,m too tired and really very tired , I really hope u all appreciate for what i done rather to take me for granted .

Planing go for holiday again

Planing to go holiday again , TAIWAN , KOREA , JAPAN OR USA . Recently so busy for work is time to go holiday to relax , if not i will go crazy . Hope can get a better rate for our holiday . I just call my wife she say she only can leave after 13th of Oct ... got to wait for another one more month ... haiz

Offday Burnt Again ....

What the fuck off day burnt because of the nea . Cant u just leave us alone , everyday u keep coming to disturb us how we work , we already follow what u all say le , can u just let us do it and show you that we can do it . Don't worry the company already HACCP CERTIFIED . We will sure follow the sop of our flow . Please don't come so often we need to rest , if not i cant have my rest day le ....

Today is the first day of the 7th month , Got to pray Four place , naked fish , chin bee , home and temple . Hope good bro will poh pi us huat through out the year .... huat ah

Time really past so fast .....

Time really pass fast today is our national day 2010 , been working very late this few day , don't how to describe how tired i am , yesterday went back early but my house got alot of ppl , so noisy i couldn't fall asleep , so sian got nothing to do . watching Indian movie . So fast ZHONG YUAN JIE is coming , need to pay a respect to HO HIANG DI . Got plan alots of thing including the food for the night and got order the thing for praying . Hope the ho hiang di will bless us .. will try to finish my stuff fast today want to go back for more rest ....

I HATE PEOPLE TAKING ME FOR GRANTED

I just don't like the feeling that ppl take me for granted , super piss off .... Treating everyone good because all of them are working so hard this few day , but i,m also Human i also feel tired , stop giving me the fucking face to show ME that u are very tired , everyone is the same . August is a busy month , YOG packet meal , chinese sitdown for national day and HACCP Audit coming . Really got alots of thing to do , Hope everything go SHUN SHUN , after all this will plan to go holiday again . So tired today , got YOG packet meal for 7000 people . Will do my best for this event .... GAMBATA .... Today is Wednesday Hope Tonight can HUAT HUAT ....

Too Tired of Everything .....

Been working with CDCS since I was 16 , From a driver helper become kitchen helper and Slowly become Sous chef and NOW I,m Senior Sous Chef . I never feel any regret to join the company . After CDCS was bought by ISS I still continue the work with them , for the first 4 year everything was fine . And now thing had slowly change . For now alots of pressure keep coming , I really don't know how long i can endure , it not that i cant take pressure , for now i feel that there no support from anyone , every time have meeting keep bring out thing also no use , what for voice up so much . I can see is just wasting of time only . The people now is not like lastime le , No team work is okie , but why must ppl wan to find each other problem , Working with those ppl when problem come don't know how to solve and start to blame on other people . ISS is a very big company , how the people here behave like this , so childish . I will finish for this year and I will plan for my self for next year . I have enough le , too tired and I really don't wish to carry on working on in this kind of ENVIRONMENT... really sick of it le ... Helping company so much , I don't know iszit really worth it or not .... I,m the one that want to give up is they forcing me for giving up ....

Been busy this few day had no time to blogs , finally today came le , today super busy got two sitdown to go . we have 400 pax western sitdown and 75 tables chinese sitdown . we got spit two side to go . Sianz hope today everything run smoothly . will blogs more when im free .

Tired of Rushing here n there .......

Been Rushing here and there for these few day , super tired and sleepy . These kind of life I really don't want it at all . How i wish i can have a normal life like other people , can sleep 8 hour per day aleast , sat and sun can off and no need to drag our off so long . last time i wont complaint , but now sometime i ask my self worth it or not . From now on to fair to my self i will dote my self more than my work , i felt that i torture my self too much .

My Dream for 2011

I really tired of working in the company of iss catering , i really don't know how long i can endure . Everyday got so many problem . super sianz . There no team work at all , For my kitchen there no problem , for sale and operation department always give so much problem . My wish for 2011 i want to start business , what i need now is money . hope i can get it soon .....

18-7-2010 Sheng Gong Temple Event

Today is a big event at temple , me wake up very early today to help up in this event . Although is a tiring day but worth it learn alots of thing from temple . Everyone was busy in morning , helping to hang the chang shou xiang , I was helping those who cant come to temple to burn those paper to gan sia God . It's a long day , at the afternoon niang niang and ta sheng ye was invited to this event too . Ta sheng ye was asking to have a sheng xiang in the temple , hope he will get it soon . when he was there everyone was so happy . hope eveyone can soon soon ... will upload the picture .

Time pass so fast going back to singapore

So Fast .... Going back to Singapore le ... will miss the Bangkok city . yesterday night went dinner with my wife friend a traditional thai food restaurant . The food there so so only but the place was very nice , after dinner we went to a place for drinking very nice place too is on 60 floor able to view the whole Bangkok city ... another two hour i will be back to Singapore le .. will write more when i,m back ....

Today is the 1st day at bangkok , super jam city esp Saturdays but mange to complete the itinerary that i plan , i took alots of photo which wanted to load here but fixing the itune first , will load all tonight . me going to bath ..... Going out for shopping again . We cook our own dinner

So happy another five min more , i will board my plane to Bangkok . It's amost a year plus le , miss the city there so much . Esp the food , massage and shopping , This time round only both of us going , it's good oso coz when we shopping we not need to wait for each another . Hehehe it's time to board the plane ....
